Staff Training
GL prides itself on regularly sending staff on courses to assist them within the workplace and perfect their craft. Recently staff completed a 6 month SAMPA Module 1 courses at Plascon which enables them to be have a better understanding of a manufacturing plant and techniques within the paint and ink industries.
Community Involvement
Over the past years GL has been involved in student education and public awareness in the field of ink manufacture. Our Durban branch annually provides manufactured printing inks for use in the printing department at Umlazi Technical College. This was organised by the Divine Life Society and assists previously disadvantaged members of the community.
